the hotel's proximity to the city of science was super convenient for exploring (i mean, who wouldn't love that?). the breakfast had good variety and tasted yummy. i was able to start my days with a full stomach and lots of energy to see the sights.

I found the staff super nice and helpful! the breakfast had decent variety. All the attractions were near the hotel! i really appreciated the kind service. the location proved great for my plans. It put me close to both the city center and the beaches. nearby transport links and the shopping center made everything easy.

i found the location very convenient. i was grateful for the easy access to transport. the direct transport to the biopark was convenient too. also, the proximity to the oceanografico and the mall was useful for our family.

the breakfast selection felt a bit limited to me. i would have appreciated more healthy and fresh options at the breakfast buffet. it was disappointing that there was no safe available in the room either.

The bed was uncomfortable. It felt far too soft. the pillow was just not supportive enough for a good nights sleep. the air conditioning struggled, it could not keep up with the heat. our room got direct sunlight in the morning so it got too hot. the pool had a steep slope and was very deep, , made it unsuitable for children
